corporation in January 1970 and is now a 3rd generation family-owned and
operated general contracting & construction management firm. In
business for over 35 years, we currently have a professional team of over
50 employees. The construction emphasis for Packs’, Inc. is commercial,
industrial, and multi-family residential projects.
Packs’,
Inc. is a “full-service” company, specializing in complete services
for Construction Management, Design/Build, Site Planning & Site
Development, and Construction Consulting. We utilize our own resources and
equipment for grading & excavation, site preparation, concrete work,
masonry work, carpentry - both rough and finish, drywall, painting,
electrical, plumbing work with a master plumber, all types of floor
covering, certified commercial roofing, suspended ceiling systems, and
exterior finishes. Packs’, Inc. is certified for UST (Underground
Storage Tank) work and is a
dealer and installer for A & S Building Systems pre-engineered metal
buildings. |
