General Contracting

Packs’, Inc.  offers services as a General Contractor, which  involves a company contracting with another organization or individual (the owner) for the construction or renovation of a building, road or other structure. As a general contractor, Packs', Inc. is usually responsible for supplying all material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project. Acting as a general contractor Packs', Inc. is responsible for the means and methods to be used in the construction execution of the project in accordance with the contract documents. This helps to ensure that Packs' is able to deliver the project with quality and cost efficiency to the owner.
