Construction Management Packs’, Inc.
has experience delivering quality CM projects in all
phases of the project, including: Project Management Planning, Cost
Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration,
Safety Management, and CM Professional Practice. Construction Management
projects are delivered as either a negotiated contract or bid process
during the design phase. Packs', Inc. provides construction management
services either as the owner's agent, where the client holds all of the
trade contracts, or on an at-risk basis, where the Construction Manager
holds all of the trade contracts and are responsible for guaranteeing
performance. As a CM, Packs', Inc. acts as the owner’s liaison and
technical representative and are responsible for bid packages, cost
analysis, administrative support, scheduling, quality control,
supervision, and project management.
The Rowan County Health Department was delivered by the CM method
